Get Involved.

The University has several means of getting involved, from the offices that handle such issues to student led organizations. The University is well-known for its intimate relationship held between the professors and the students, which makes it very easy to communicate with the faculty. This communication provides a means for expressing interest, widening your scope, and getting involved. Other ways to get involved are:

  • Use the Community Garden. The community garden allows one to really connect to the environment and examine the relationship one has with it. These opportunities are available to all.

  • Sustainability Book Club. The SBC allows for people of all walks of life to come together and examine environmental literature. In addition, the University is always looking for motivated talented individuals to explore themselves through University outlets, such as internships, volunteer work, and career development through the Center for Civic Engagement and the Center for Career Development.
